EZ Pose Privacy Policy

EZ Pose uses your camera to show pose guides over the live preview. Camera frames are processed on your device only — we never upload or store them.

Photos you take are saved to your device's photo library. We do not upload, view or keep copies of your photos.

The motion sensor is read on-device to show a level indicator. This data never leaves your device.

When you connect two phones, the camera preview is streamed directly between your two devices (peer-to-peer). It does not pass through or get stored on our servers.

To connect the devices, a short room code and connection details are exchanged through our real-time signaling provider (Supabase), and public STUN servers operated by Google help the devices find each other. These services can see your device's IP address while connecting. Nothing is kept after the session ends.

To improve the app and rank trending poses, EZ Pose collects anonymous usage events, such as which poses are viewed, selected or used for a photo, and which features are used.

• Pose usage events (pose ID and action) are sent to our own server, hosted on Cloudflare.
• App usage analytics are collected by Google Firebase Analytics, which also receives technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, language and an app-instance identifier.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location.

The free version of EZ Pose shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information and an advertising identifier to deliver, measure and limit the frequency of ads.

• On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
• In regions that require it (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown.

EZ Pose Pro subscribers and lifetime owners see no ads.

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and unlock Pro. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipts and basic device information. It does not receive your name or payment details.

If you send feedback from inside the app, we receive the message you write together with your platform (iOS or Android), app version and app language. Please do not include personal information in your message.

The Shop tab shows products from Shopee. Tapping a product opens the Shopee app or website, and from then on Shopee's own privacy policy applies. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not collect a push token, and you can turn notifications off anytime in your device settings.

Anonymous usage events are kept only as long as they are useful for ranking poses and improving the app. Data from third-party services is kept according to their own retention policies. All network traffic from the app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

EZ Pose is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can limit ad tracking (see section 4), turn off notifications, or stop all data collection by uninstalling the app. Because EZ Pose has no accounts, most of the data we hold cannot be linked back to you. If you want to ask about, access or delete data related to you, email us and we will help as far as we are able to identify it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
